Hulamin has again been awarded a Gold Certificate from the Community Chest in recognition of our recent donation to the Chest.
The community chest is a non-profit organisation committed to raising and distributing funds to 52 local organisations that serve the welfare needs of the Pietermaritzburg and surrounding community.
In 2008, the Community Chest assisted 50 local registered welfare organisations with an amount of R1, 707 million received from different donors. "The assistance we give our welfare organisations is only possible through the generous ongoing support from entities like yours," says Community Chest Executive Director Aroo Naidoo.
