Further to the cautionary announcement dated 23rd April 2009, shareholders are
advised that Hulamin is still in discussions with
BHP Billiton. The full impact of these discussions on the company is
currently being determined and they may have a material effect on the price of
the company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
