Hulamin's collection of toys over the festive season, for children in need, goes back some 8 years

Last week Friday Hulamin was honoured with the Corporate award at the 2011 KwaZulu-Natal Productivity Awards ceremony held in Durban.

Hulamin is pleased to announce the appointment of Messrs Gerrit Pretorius and Geoff Watson as independent non-executive directors with effect from 1 August 2011.

Rolled Products sales volumes increase 22% to 208 000 tons annualised. Headline earnings improve by 167% to R71 million, off a low base. Reductions in unit costs continue.

Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary and special resolutions set out in the notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of votes at the seventy first (71st) annual general meeting of Hulamin held on 21 July 2011.
